Dear parishioners and friends,
The Easter season is coming to a close. Today, we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord and next Sunday Pentecost. The pictures of our two stained-glass windows depicting these two great events (and the second and third glorious mysteries of the rosary are on the covers of the respective bulletins.
Happy Mother’s Day to our mothers. A special prayer for you: O God our Creator, pour forth Your blessings on those with whom You have shared the gift of creation. Hear our prayerful pleas for the women who loved us into being. Intercede for all mothers this day, so that they may learn to draw their children to You. Teach them how to remain close to their children, even their sons and daughters who have gone astray. Bless our mothers with good health, long life and the reward of eternal life in Your Divine Presence. AMEN

Estamos casi terminando el tiempo pascual. Hoy, con la celebración de la Asunción del Señor y el próximo domingo—la de Pentecostés.
¡FELICIDADES PARA TODAS LA MADRECITAS! Su vocación es tan sagrada, especial e importante. Ustedes participan de una manera muy especial en la creación de nuestro Dios. Este día y todos los días, pedimos que Dios las bendiga y las proteja. GRACIAS por su vocación, su amor y su cariño. DIOS LES BENDIGA!

REQUISITOS PARA BAUTIZAR
- Llenar la hoja de datos
- Traer copia del acta de nacimiento
- Traer copia del permiso del parroco si son de otra parroquia
- Participar en la platica pre-bautismal
- Seleccionar padrinos que son activos en la iglesia y comulgan con frecuencia porque pueden comulgar y entonces dan ejemplo para su ahijado
- Hablar con el Padre Jose para fijar la fecha del bautismo
