Our Lady of Lourdes has been awarded a $175,000 grant from the National Fund for Historic Places as described in the news article below. The grant is a matching grant. This means we have the challenge of raising $175,000 for this urgent project to fund masonry repair and restoration of the church building. Consider donating to help with this important project!!

Dear Parishioners and friends,
Again, a word of thanks to all of the parishioners who worked so hard and contributed to the construction of the new Men’s Restroom in church!
Last weekend, we had meeting of the parents of children and youth preparing for First Communion and Confirmation. Please keep them as well as the adults preparing for Confirmation in your prayers.
Our Office Manager Eileen Murray has had some health challenges. Please keep her in your prayers. Also, I ask for and thank you for your understanding with requests from the parish office. We are doing our best to respond in spite of many challenge.

Queridos hermanos y hermanas,
Es importante confesarse durante la cuaresma. Aquí tenemos confesiones todos los sábados a las 3:00 PM—3:30 PM. Y, el jueves 19 de marzo a las 6:30 PM en adelante en la parroquia “Sagrada Familia”, estaremos varios sacerdotes disponibles para confesiones en español. !Que Dios nos bendiga durante este tiempo de arrepentimiento y conversión!

REQUISITOS PARA BAUTIZAR
1. Llenar la hoja de datos
2. Traer copia del acta de nacimiento
3. Traer copia del permiso del parroco si son de otra parroquia
4. Participar en la platica pre-bautismal
5. Seleccionar padrinos que son activos en la iglesia y comulgan con frecuencia.
6. Hablar con el Padre Jose para fijar la fecha del bautismo
